Kristin Richeimer, a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and Digital Event Strategist (DES), has been a dedicated association management professional for more than 20 years. With professional and volunteer experience in non-profit management in state, national and international associations with less than 2,000 members to over 100,000 members, Kristin is uniquely suited to work with your association to improve member engagement, educational programming, impact and reach.
Serving in leadership roles for the last sixteen years, from Director to Chief Experience Officer (CXO) to interim CEO, a key component of Kristin’s career has been to develop and maintain strategic relationships with domestic and international societies and funding partners in support of the associations’ missions, with an emphasis on expanding the diversity, organizational profile, and reputation of each association. Kristin has planned domestic, regional and/or international events and medical education content in Morocco, Australia, Japan, China, Korea, Singapore, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Austria, Russia, Canada, and across the United States. Her expertise and focus is on increasing your association's value and engagement with members and conference attendees and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality information and CME/educational programs. Kristin currently serves as Executive Director of the Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (CCAHM).

Kristin has served as an expert faculty member and speaker for the Colorado Society of Association Executives (CSAE), American Association for Association Executives (ASAE), the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC), USA Rugby, and other organizations on topics of Member Engagement and Growth, Events and Events Crisis Management, Association Ethics, and Patient Advocacy. She currently serves as an ASAE Faculty Pool Member and Peer Reviewer and was lead faculty for the ASAE Business of Meetings Master Event Crisis Management course from 2020-2021.
A native English speaker, she also speaks and reads German with near fluency, and has enjoyed learning conversational French, and elementary Japanese, Russian and Samoan. Originally from Frederick, Maryland, Kristin has been a resident of Colorado for more than 20 years.
